provide refunds once the product has been purchased
Exception

This exception applies to physical products only. If you have received a damaged product, we offer a refund, provided the following steps are followed:

Record a video of you opening the product. The product must be clearly, visibly and significantly damaged. Providing the opening video is necessary for consideration of refund claim

Write to us at hello@juhipalan.com. Send the video as well as written description of the damage. Failure to provide the opening video shall result in rejection of refund claim.

Upon receiving the video, we will review the claim. The claim shall be approved only if the product is found to be significantly damaged

If the refund claim is approved, you will have to return the product to us. The amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days after we receive the return product

We reserve the right to accept or reject refund claims at our discretion.
