The Return of the Cows

This artwork explores the idea of work-life balance. As the evening settles, the cows return home. Considered an auspicious time according to Hindu beliefs, the godhuli belais when dust rises up because of the footsteps of the cows, and announces the end of the day. But this moment holds deeper significance. It is the moment when work stops and rest begins. This moment introduces a pause, not only between day and night, but between work and life.
